Equal Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer to join a mobile engineering team covering North West London.

You will service, maintain, diagnose faults and repair a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple client sites, with occasional travel further afield to support projects. The role is full-time and permanent with a basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus door-to-door pay, overtime and a fully equipped company van

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC and/or refrigeration engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working in commercial environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently.
• Undertake commissioning and installation works when required.
• Complete all service documentation and reports accurately.

Our client is a growing HVAC and building services specialist with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality service, maintenance and installation solutions across London and the South East.

As a result of continued contract growth, they are seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer to join their mobile engineering team. The role offers a varied workload across multiple sectors, excellent earning potential through overtime and door-to-door pay, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive, forward-thinking business.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Working as part of a specialist engineering team, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple client sites.

The role is predominantly London-based, with occasional travel further afield to support projects and key customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently
• Undertake commissioning and installation works when required
• Complete all service documentation and reports accurately
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Deliver a high standard of customer service on site
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and colleagues effectively

ABOUT YOU

Essential

• Proven experience within HVAC and/or refrigeration engineering
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working within commercial environments
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• F-Gas Certification
• Gas Safe Registration
• Experience working across commercial, residential or hospitality sectors
