In this role, you will be the primary contact for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems. We work within set timeframes and according to defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.

What you will do

As an HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer, you will perform service, maintenance, and repair on various HVAC & R equipment at client facilities. This is a mobile role within the Midlands area.

You will be the primary contact for technical service issues, troubleshooting, and resolving complex systems.

What we look for

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, including work on packaged air handling units & gas heaters.
  • Relevant technical qualifications: NVQ level 2 or equivalent, F-Gas Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components, including walk-in cold rooms, display cabinets, freezers, chillers, cellar cooling, and ice machines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
