Job summary

Valued Hire Group is seeking a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to cover the South East, Thames Valley and London. The role offers a base of £50,000–£55,000 with OTE £65,000–£75,000 and door-to-door pay with a company van.

You’ll service, maintain and repair refrigeration systems on sites including data centres and commercial buildings, with on-call rotation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or HVAC.
• F-Gas certification (or working towards it).
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Work on equipment such as chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and pumps.
• Occasional install and project work; build strong client relationships on-site.
