Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

A well-established building services contractor based in Warrington is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the delivery of HVAC projects across a range of commercial sectors including data centres, hospitals, schools, and warehouses.

The HVAC Project Manager will take full ownership of projects from tender through to completion, typically ranging from £10,000 to £750,000, with an annual turnover of around £1.5 million. Key responsibilities include managing direct labour and subcontractors, overseeing budgets and margins, conducting audits, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Financial acumen is essential, as the HVAC Project Manager will be expected to monitor costs, produce progress reports, and ensure financial targets are met throughout each project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Background:

• Proven background in heating, ventilation, or air conditioning project delivery.

• Industry-recognised certification such as F-Gas is highly advantageous.

• Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems.

• Experience working in live environments (e.g. hospitals or schools) is desirable.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and supply chain management skills.

• Ability to manage compliance, conduct audits, and uphold health and safety standards.
