A leading HVAC recruitment agency in Newcastle is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager. This role oversees all aspects of HVAC projects, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a background in HVAC project management, to successfully coordinate multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
Plan, schedule, and manage HVAC installation and service projects.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Develop project estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring cost control and timely completion.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety guidelines.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
Oversee and direct on-site teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess project status and resolve issues.
Provide technical expertise and support for HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry.
Certifications: PMP Certification or HVAC-specific credentials (a plus).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
