HVAC Project Manager - Mechanical - Commercial & Industrial - Somerset, NJ

We provide our clients with mechanical building solutions to meet the needs of their facility and their people. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team to help manage retrofit/renovation mechanical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
• Devise project work plans and make revisions as needed.
• Monitor the progress of project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all subcontractors.
• Maintain adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Material procurement and takeoffs.
• Processing of Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders.
• Handling of Close Out documents.
• Attend project coordination meetings.
• Involved with all phases of projects from bidding to proposals to punch lists.

Requirements:

• Approximately 4-7 years of experience in mechanical contracting including HVAC, plumbing and piping.
• Experience with Scheduling, Submittals, RFI's, Close out Documentation, Quality Control Inspections, Buyouts.
• Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
