Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage an existing pipeline of work from long-standing clients and to develop and maintain new opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, progressive Technical Building Services contractor based in Hertfordshire, known for quality and client satisfaction.

The HVAC Project Manager will oversee projects across London, with typical values around £400k.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and deliver HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
2. Provide on-site support and leadership, especially during critical stages, to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Conduct site surveys and work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and issue technical quotations and manage tender submissions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
6. Identify opportunities for additional project work with new clients.
7. Produce tenders and present quotes for new projects.
8. Manage the project pipeline, update project tracking systems, and report on progress against KPIs.
9. Attend client meetings, represent the company professionally, and support presentations as needed.

Requirements:

• Refrigeration & air conditioning qualifications are desirable.
• Project management experience across HVAC projects, typically up to £400k.
• Strong HVAC technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of Heat Pumps is desirable.
• Ability to commute to the company's head office in Hemel Hempstead and cover projects in London and the Home Counties.

Salary & Benefits:

• £60-65k per annum, based on experience.
• Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement.
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
• Nissan pickup truck provided.
• Pension contribution: 4% of basic salary.
