Job description

Overview

Our client, a specialist air conditioning and refrigeration contractor with multiple offices around the UK, are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. The HVAC Manager will be based within commutable distance to Caerphilly, covering air conditioning, refrigeration and chiller projects around the South Wales area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of AC, refrigeration and chiller projects with values from £5,000 to £2m.
• Oversee installation and replacement of VRV, VRF, split systems, multi-splits, and AHUs.
• Be generally on site with scope to work from the Caerphilly office or from home if required.
• Respond to client enquiries and form strong relationships with clients.
• Undertake survey visits, establish and quote solutions, and manage project setups.
• Hand over projects to the installation team and solve issues faced by installers.
• Keep clients updated and contribute to post-project documentation and handover at project end.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a project manager within the HVAC sector (air conditioning, refrigeration and chillers).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Based within commutable distance of Caerphilly.
• Full UK driving license.

• Basic Salary £50,000–£55,000 DOE.
