Job summary

Morgan Jones is recruiting a Project Engineer for a Gillingham-based role offering a £40,000 annual salary and a flexible working pattern. The position involves ownership of HVAC projects from design through to completion, with close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Project Engineering role.
• Essential HVAC project experience.
• HND or Degree in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Apply project management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design, validate, and deliver engineered equipment solutions.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for client approval.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor technical, commercial, quality, and delivery performance.
• Support the successful completion of smaller project contracts as required.
• Promote a positive, safe, and professional working environment.
