A leading facilities management company in London is looking for a skilled HVAC engineer to join their maintenance team. The role involves managing heating and cooling systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have NVQ level 3 qualifications and professional demeanor. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (hours may vary from time to time due to works required)
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled HVAC engineer to join the static OCS maintenance team. Your role will consist of pre-planned maintenance and reactive works on the site as directed by the M&E Manager. Experience of working in a corporate environment is desirable as is experience of working with a CAFM system to manage your workflows and complete maintenance and reactive tasks.
The role can be very varied day to day but as the Mechanical lead you will be responsible for all the works involving the HAVAC systems supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain.
