HVAC Maintenance Engineer – Hertfordshire
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £54,000 plus 10% Bonus
Hours – Days Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias, to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our clients. You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff that ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

Your role will see you working on a prestigious commercial site located in Hertfordshire, carrying out a mixture of PPM & reactive maintenance. This position is suitable for someone from an air conditioning or ventilation background seeking a static role with training and development opportunities.
Duties:

• PPM & reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
• Main duties include service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.
• Extensive building services knowledge
• Conduct surveys and complete reports as required by management
• Diagnose and fault find in HVAC systems across various energy sources

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) in Air-conditioning and refrigeration
• Commercial experience in Building Services or FM background
• Experience with VRVs, VRFs, chillers, Air handling units
• Understanding of environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, light
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
• Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration
• Flexible, positive attitude and approach
