Responsibilities:

1. Installation of HVAC Systems: Efficiently install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
2. Ductwork and Ventilation: Fabricate and install ductwork to ensure optimal airflow and system efficiency.
3. Equipment Setup: Set up and calibrate HVAC equipment, ensuring it meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
4. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality and safety of installations.
5. Customer Interaction: Interact with homeowners to explain installation processes, answer questions, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
6. Adherence to Codes: Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
2. Certifications: Hold relevant certifications and licenses (EPA certification).
3. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
4. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
