Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited in High Wycombe is seeking an Engineer – HVAC to install, maintain, and service industrial and commercial HVAC systems including split, multi-split, VRF/VRV and AHU units. The role requires diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, has a driving licence, and is able to travel to client sites. A CSCS card and IPAF/PASMA are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have F-GAS and NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Ideally have experience being field based
• Understanding of AHU’s, multi-split, VRF/VRV systems
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance, and best practices
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites
• CSCS card and IPAF and PASMA accreditations are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Engineer position dealing with the install, maintenance and servicing of industrial/commercial split, multi-split, VRF/VRV, AHU HVAC systems
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas and health & safety regulations.
• Complete service reports, timesheets, and technical documentation accurately and within required deadlines 2079
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety
