Job summary
Sphere Solutions is seeking an Air Conditioning / Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover Bristol, Cardiff and London. You will service, maintain, fault-find and repair commercial HVAC systems across VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs and related plant. A strong customer-facing approach and UK driving licence are essential.
Salary £40,000–£50,000 with overtime, travel time, and benefits. Applications from engineers with Level 2/3 in AC&R and F-Gas Category 1 are welcome.
Qualifications
- Solid background in commercial air conditioning with servicing and repair experience.
- F-Gas Category 1 / 2079 certification.
- Experience with VRV/VRF and split systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good customer-facing communication skills.
- Apprenticeship in air conditioning/refrigeration beneficial but not essential with relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Attend commercial and industrial sites for planned and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Communicate professionally with customers and work to high service standards.
