Job summary

Vertu FM is seeking a HVAC Specialist to join our hybrid role, alternating between client site visits and remote triage support to maintain heating and ventilation systems to the highest standards.

You will handle remote and on-site technical support, monitor assets, audit PPMs, and provide regular updates to clients. A strong reporting mindset, IT proficiency, and driving licence are essential for travel across the region.

Qualifications

• NVQ Plumbing qualification
• Technically proficient in Heating and Ventilation
• HVAC experience desirable; F Gas beneficial
• Competent in technical reporting and comfortable leading monthly meetings
• Willing to travel across the region
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to mobile field team—remote and on-site
• Maintain and monitor HVAC assets across the estate in your region
• Remote triage of HVAC issues
• Proactively monitor HVAC systems
• Provide regular client updates
• Audit PPMs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to engineer development and training
• Specialist focus on heating and ventilation
