Sales Leadership opportunity at the top HVAC distributor in the Northwest! Gensco is looking for a North Equipment Sales Manager to lead our Sales Reps and Customers in Western Washington!

Territory - Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, Kirkland, Bremerton, Olympia, Auburn, Bellingham, and Mount Vernon(can be based out of any of these locations)
Full-time - starting pay range is $135,000-$200,000 based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the implementation of Gensco’s HVAC Equipmentbusiness plans.
  • Drive Gensco’s Equipment sales efforts
  • Manages a Team of 8 Equipment Territory Managers
  • Works closely with Senior VP of Equipment, VP of HVAC Supplies, the North Territory Sales Team, Equipment Sales Managers, Regional Operations Manager, Marketing, Pricing, Purchasing, and the Trane / AMS factory.
  • Territory includes Trane, AMS, Ameristar and some Mitsubishi ducted sales at the Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, Kirkland, Bremerton, Olympia, Auburn, Bellingham, and Mount Vernon branches.
  • Compensation Package includes -Salary, Bonus Plan, and a Ford F-150 truck with a gas card.


Education & Experience

  • 4-year college degree required
  • Experience with a major equipment line is a plus
  • Demonstrated success at management
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, outgoing, and able to recognize and meet challenges
  • Customer service oriented,responds to customer issues with the proper sense of urgency, good at building customer relationships
  • Team-oriented individual who works well in a group setting
