CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a HVAC Mechanical Data Centre Technician to join our team in London Docklands.

The successful candidate will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with engineering management and client personnel to ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Carrying out routine maintenance on building systems to meet service agreements.
  • Responding to alarms and performing emergency repairs.
  • Managing Permit to Work controls.
  • Creating and following switching schedules, SOPs, and EOPs.
  • Maintaining critical spares inventory.
  • Preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Supervising subcontractors and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service and professional representation.
  • Participating in personal development and training.
  • Supporting incident response and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • F-Gas certification
  • Wiring Regulations certification
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in HVAC
  • Emergency First Aid qualification
  • Experience in incident/fault management in critical environments
