HVAC Engineer (Progression to Supervisor) £45,000 - £48,500 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Days Only + Monday to Friday

Location: Peterborough

Are you a Maintenance Engineer from an HVAC background looking to get off the tools and progress your career with an ambitious engineering company? We offer a days-only, Monday-to-Friday supervisory role with further progression into Project Management, plenty of training opportunities to boost your skillset, and generous overtime opportunities.

On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company that provides a comprehensive range of engineering services for industrial and commercial clients. Founded nearly 50 years ago, this company continues to grow organically and is now looking to expand its maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for a team of 5 engineers, overseeing their maintenance work at various client sites across parts of the East of England and East Midlands. The role is predominantly office-based, with occasional visits to client sites to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and may include assisting with the maintenance of commercial air conditioning units.

The Role

• Supervising a team of 5 engineers
• Office-based with occasional travel to client sites
• Providing 1-on-1 training from the current team
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x
