As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for projects in the nuclear sector. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze input data and evaluate requirements for thermal comfort and air quality.
  • Thermal and Airflow Studies: Conduct thermal and airflow analyses and size ventilation systems.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports and contribute to layout planning.
  • Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of systems on-site and participate in commissioning tests.

Qualifications
  • You hold a degree from an engineering school and have prior experience in a similar role, ideally in an agile environment. You demonstrate a strong interest in the technical aspects of this field.
  • Proficiency in professional English
  • A solid understanding of nuclear safety culture, adopting its principles and methods daily
  • Knowledge of the fuel cycle and the functioning of PWRs (Pressurized Water Reactors), including associated risks and challenges
  • Familiarity with the nuclear environment and best practices for safety-critical activities (installations, systems, equipment, operations, etc.)
