HVAC Engineer / AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER

Job Title: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer.

Location: Glasgow (Inverclyde)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £39,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, inspect, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on VRV/VRF, AHU, split systems, and fan coil units.
• Diagnose faults and complete leak repairs.
• Install and refurbish air conditioning and cooling equipment.
• Maintain records and ensure F-Gas compliance.
• Provide technical advice and updates to supervisors and clients.
• Support with general FM maintenance tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• Experience with VRV/VRF and split systems.
• Basic knowledge of building services and electrical work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• IT literate with good record-keeping ability.
• SVQ Level 3 or C&G equivalent in Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas 2079 certification (safe handling of refrigerants).
• Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks.
