Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the onsite engineering team at a large distribution facility in Severn Beach, Bristol.

You will carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site, including AHUs/FCUs, pumps and motors, and general building services, with good fault-finding skills. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with call-out introduced after settling in.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial mechanical/HVAC maintenance.
• F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Maintenance Plumber

Location: Bristol - BS35
Salary: £42,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
Call-Out: Introduced once settled into the site

We’re recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the onsite engineering team at a large distribution facility in Severn Beach, Bristol.

You’ll be joining an established team of six engineers, including an apprentice and a mobile engineer who spends three days a week on site. There is also an existing HVAC Engineer on site, so you'll have the opportunity to work alongside them and share knowledge.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site, ensuring all building services and equipment are operating efficiently.

• Pumps and motors
• General plumbing works
• Mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Essential Requirements

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification
