Job summary

CMSL t/a Phosters is a fast-paced facilities maintenance company operating nationwide across the United Kingdom. We are looking for a self-motivated HVAC Engineer to join our expanding team on a full-time basis.

This is a mobile role requiring work across a range of client sites and industries, with a comprehensive training programme to support continuous professional development. Benefits include a company vehicle and fuel card, uniform, wellbeing support, and 25 days annual leave plus bank

Qualifications

• G3 certificate in unvented hot water systems.
• WRAS water regulations certificate of competence.
• Valid CPAI certificate of competence.
• ACS accreditation CCN1 CKR1 HTR1 CENWAT1 MET1 CODC1 & TPCPIA.
• FGAS Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites for emergency reactive works on a rota.
• Work across client sites across various industries.
• Participate in extensive training and progression within the company.

We provide a comprehensive facilities maintenance service to meet the diverse needs of our clients, through our dedicated team of professionals.

About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivatedHVAC Engineerto join our expanding team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf the business. This vacancy is a full time position.

This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to work across a magnitude of our client’s sites across a variety of industries.

Skills and Experience required

G3 certificate in unvented hot water systems

WRAS water regulations certificate of competence

Valid CPAI certificate of competence

Current ACS accreditation CCN1, CKR1, HTR1,CENWAT1,MET1 CODC1 & TPCPIA

FGAS Qualification

you will also be expected to be part of a call out rota attending sites for emergency reactive works.
