Job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance. To Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site.

  • Salary – 37,000 – 44,000
  • Location – London Distribution Park, Windrush Rd
  • Hours – 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
  • To carry out mechanical remedial works.
  • To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
  • To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Production of technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations.
  • To always communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
