Job summary

Olliver Charles Ltd in Reading region is seeking a HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer to service and maintain air conditioning, chillers, AHUs and heat pumps across the Southeast, with occasional London sites.

You will bring HVAC experience; F-Gas qualification or City & Guilds; minimum 1 year experience; strong communication with clients and management; salary £45,000–£51,000 per year, plus company vehicle, travel time paid, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and death in service.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC engineer required, newly qualified F-Gas engineers considered.
• Recognised qualification such as F-Gas or City & Guilds with AC/HVAC experience.
• Minimum 1 year of technical HVAC experience.
• Strong oral and written communication for paperwork and client/management interactions.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain equipment including air conditioning, chillers, AHUs and heat pumps.
• Cover Southeast region with occasional London site visits.

The Role

HVAC Service & Maintenance Engineer required. Our Client is a leading company for commercial cooling/heating projects. Our client is based in the Reading region and is looking for a Engineer to join their team covering Southeast and occasionally in London.

The HVAC Service & Maintenance engineer will be expected to service & maintain a variety of equipment including Air conditioning, chillers, AHU's and heat pumps.

Requirements

• You must have experience as a HVAC engineer but will consider newly qualified F-Gas engineers.
• You will need to have a recognised qualification such as F-Gas qualification or City & Guilds with experience of A/C and general HVAC.
• A good level of technical knowledge and experience is preferable (minimum 1 years’ experience)
• Oral and written communication skills, for paperwork and communicating with clients and management
