Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Acton Main Line Station Ealing, Uxbridge Road Harrow, Headstone Drive Hillingdon - Uxbridge Road PFS Maidenhead - Bridge Road PFS Didcot ADC Didcot Great Western Park Feltham Hayes High Wycombe Hounsl

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week

Salary: £46,078.36 + 11-15% Location Allowance (Inclusive of Standby Payment), Overtime, Travel Time, 33 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Private Health Care, Life Insurance, Employee Discounts

Job Purpose:

We are committed to working in partnership with ASDA to provide safe, compliant, and well-maintained stores by exceeding expectations every day.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Complete the PPM schedule ensuring all paperwork is accurate and follows procedures.
2. Respond promptly to service call/alarm requests, assess requirements, carry out repairs within agreed times, and update job status.
3. Perform service and maintenance on HVAC assets including air handling units, gas-fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pumps, air conditioning, boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.
4. Identify non-repairable faults and advise the Line Manager with recommendations for replacements.
5. All activities must adhere to our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Knowledge, Skills + Abilities:

• Recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
• F Gas (2079) qualified.
• 17th or 18th Edition (Desirable).

• Experience in HVAC/Gas across multiple sites.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel daily.
