Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer. Our client is a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Repairs and maintenance on air conditioning units within the retail/commercial environment
• Ability to undertake planned, PPMs and reactive maintenance activities
• Fault finding and fixing any issues
• Mobile Working

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working within the retail/commercial environment
• Full Driving License
• Willingness to travel within London & South East of England
• NVQ Level 3
• Experience working on AHUs
• Maintenance experience
• Experience working in the Retail/Commercial environment
