Job Opportunity: HVAC Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (£70,000+ OTE) + Family Run + 28 days Holiday + Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30 + Static Position + 'Immediate Start'

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a close-knit, supportive, family-oriented team. You will work across a small cluster of high-end commercial buildings in central London, delivering top-tier service to a loyal client portfolio in a collaborative setting.

Your Role as an HVAC Engineer Will Include:

• Conducting routine PPM, reactive, and emergency tasks.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
• Undertaking all facets of maintenance and installation in line with contractual obligations.
• Completing all relevant documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements for an HVAC Engineer:

• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification.
• Proven experience servicing, fault finding, and repairing HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms.
