£40,000 - £45,000 + Van + Pension + pay from door

Are you an F-Gas Certified Engineer?

Would you like to be part of a fast-growing privately owned company?

Could you help launch and grow their new maintenance and fit-out division?

Launched 8 years ago, this company has now passed the £5m T/O mark employing circa 45 staff. Due to ongoing demand for their services, they are looking to create a Maintenance/Fit-out division and require an experienced Engineer to lead it.

Servicing commercial clients across London, your work will be made up of projects of different lengths, different scopes of work, and different team sizes. The company will provide vans and equipment depending on the project location and scope.

This role would suit a Mobile Engineer or similar with an air conditioning or gas engineering background with full exposure to commercial building maintenance, looking to make a difference by providing Technical M&E service support and being part of a growing business.

THE ROLE:

• Provide Technical M&E support to clients within the commercial building maintenance arena
• Service and Maintenance of air handling units, Gas Fired Boilers, Oil Fired Boilers
• Support of Pipework Systems, valves, and chillers
• Lead a team of sub-contractors

THE PERSON:

• Mobile engineering experience
• Experience within commercial building maintenance
• Experience with air conditioning units and pipework
• F-Gas certified
