OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled HVAC engineer to join the static maintenance team in London. The role covers pre-planned maintenance and reactive work on site under the M&E Manager with CAFM workflow management.
You will lead HVAC activities, oversee cooling and heating systems, and coordinate contractors while ensuring compliance with legislation and SFG 20 guidelines. NVQ3 and F-Gas 1 are required; weekend on-call may be needed.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexibility on weekends for on-call commitments will sometimes be required. We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled HVAC engineer to join the static OCS maintenance team for one of our key clients in London.
Your role will consist of Pre planned Maintenance and reactive works on the site as directed by the M\&E Manager, experience of working in the corporate environment is desirable as is experience of working with a CAFM system to manage your workflows and complete maintenance and reactive tasks. The role can be very varied day to day but as the Mechanical lead you will be responsible for all the works involving the HVAC systems supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain.
