As the HVAC Engineer, you will provide HVAC knowledge and building services engineering maintenance to a client property(s).

This will include HVAC System, Chillers, CRAC Units and plan and deliver PPM maintenance, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and potential installation on the client site(s).

Key Responsibilities

1. Survey sites where HVAC systems are installed in accordance with SFG20 standards.
2. Draft HVAC installation plans and technical diagrams as required.
3. Install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC Systems in commercial/Industrial environments, including production and office spaces.
4. Ensure HVAC systems comply with national safety standards, regulations, and SFG20 guidelines.
5. Supervise ongoing HVAC maintenance, remedial works, repairs, and installations, providing technical support to installation teams.
6. Use blueprints, system drawings, and manufacturer manuals to support project completion.
7. Complete work orders and record materials used.
8. Identify HVAC problems and perform repairs.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Qualified HVAC technician (NVQ 3 Refrigeration Systems or Citing Guilds equivalent, technicians 237 parts 1 & 2) in country.
• Licensed F-Gas certification in country.
• Significant experience in HVAC building services maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance, and installation.
• Experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance.
• Experience working within FM or building services in commercial properties.
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Training and competence in managing pressure systems and HVAC tasks.
