HVAC Engineer required in the Midlands area for our client, a leading HVAC company with 6 regional offices, expanding for over 20 years. They provide complete turnkey solutions for installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment. Their client base includes long-standing clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison, and more.

HVAC Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to £42,000 DOE
• Company Van - Optional Personal Use
• Profit share scheme after 12 months - Up to £3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for a 40-hour week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
• On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed; travel paid door-to-door)
• Pension
• 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years

HVAC Engineer Requirements

• Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (Not Essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
• 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
• Full Driving Licence
• Experienced in service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair
• Live in the Midlands
