Ernest Gordon Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-established building services company in Cheltenham to recruit an experienced HVAC Designer specializing in Revit. You will develop detailed HVAC system designs for new-build and refurbishment, produce drawings in Revit and CAD, and perform load calculations. The role offers £47,000-£52,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday, Christmas shutdown and benefits; applicants with Revit experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC / Mechanical Building Services Design.
• Experience using Revit.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Produce technical drawings using Revit and CAD.
• Carry out heating, cooling and ventilation load calculations.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural and other building services drawings.
• Prepare specifications and design documentation.
