Job Description
- Ultimately accountable for delivering Discipline Specific Construction Work Packs and recording work information in AS9 used to prepare installation (RFI, FCR, etc.).
- Contribute to the scheduling of works for the discipline, including reviewing and providing feedback on the suitability of resource levels.
- Define the boundary of the scope of works.
- Liaise with necessary Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and client counterparts.
- Ensure documents comply with the latest work information and other MEH documentation. Request clarifications or propose changes when necessary. Prioritize and own documentation to enable construction as per schedule.
- Keep documents up-to-date and review them periodically as required.
- Own and drive deliverables from conception to A-Accepted status, aiming for >90% first-time acceptance criteria. This may include specific Method Statements.
- Prioritize and own documentation to enable construction as per the Level 4 plan, e.g., accepted T-3 months prior to works.
- Support continuous improvement programs to enhance processes and procedures.
- Report directly to the area pre-construction Project Manager (PM) or nominated deputy. Provide line management to team members and deputize for the PM when required.
Ensure compliance with all nuclear safety and site license requirements.
