Job Title: Engineer (Compliance/HVAC) (2 Year contract role)

Purpose:

The role involves providing comprehensive Compliance and HVAC engineering support, maintaining all R&D buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have a detailed understanding and knowledge of current Building Service Systems and contingency procedures, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities include supporting the Contingency Planning and ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. The engineer will also be responsible for regular inspections, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
