Major Bradford Industrial is seeking a CAD / REVIT Engineer in Bradford to produce detailed ductwork and air conditioning drawings. Salary £35,000-£45,000, negotiable depending on experience.

You will carry out site surveys, support project coordination and develop skills across CAD packages, with opportunities for professional development within a growing ventilation and HVAC services business. The role demands accuracy, reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit, ideally supported by relevant qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Good IT, organisation and time management skills.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• Ideally, three years' experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate working drawings for production and installation.
• Designing and detailing ductwork and air conditioning systems.
• Carrying out site surveys, gathering information and coordinating system routes.
• Producing take-offs for estimating and assisting with estimates.
• Preparing bills of materials.
• Checking completed drawings and incorporating equipment details accurately.
• Maintaining schedules for issued and received drawings.
• Providing drawing time information to support project scheduling.
• Copying and printing drawings as required.
• Developing your skills through training in additional CAD packages.
