Job summary

Dalkia UK is looking for a skilled Control & Instrumentation Technician specializing in HVAC systems at Sizewell B Power Station. This permanent, full-time role involves performing maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards within a nuclear environment. Ideal candidates should have a recognised apprenticeship in Control & Instrumentation or equivalent experience, as well as strong mechanical and electrical competencies. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Support maintenance and reliability of HVAC systems across site facilities.

Skills

Experience in mechanical systems

Experience in electrical systems

Strong commitment to safety

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ in Control & Instrumentation

Equivalent practical experience

Tools

Computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
