Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Brighton is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to support maintenance and operation of a large, modern office environment.

This role focuses on mechanical building services, HVAC and associated plant, with basic electrical knowledge; you will ensure comfort, safety and reliability for occupants.

You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, log activities in CAFM/CMMS, and collaborate with electrical and fabric teams, including occasional travel to Burgess Hill.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in maintenance of mechanical building services in commercial settings.
• HVAC knowledge and fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on building services plant.
• Maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs and pumps.
• Log activities in CAFM/CMMS and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Support energy efficiency and occupant comfort improvements.
