Job summary

JDR Cable Systems Ltd. in Newcastle is seeking experienced HV Jointers for a 12-month fixed term to support expanding offshore operations.

The role requires HV cable jointing and termination expertise, with valid offshore certifications and a proactive safety mindset. Ideal candidates will have experience with Pfisterer, NKT, TE and Nexans terminations and a strong teamwork ethic to perform in offshore environments on major international projects.

Qualifications

• HV cable jointing experience is required.

• Valid offshore certifications (GWO, Offshore Medical incl. Chester Step) required.
• Strong safety culture and teamwork in offshore environments.

As the JDR Cable Systems Services team in Newcastle continues to expand following the successful award of major contracts, we’re looking for experienced professionals to join us on exciting, high-profile projects.

We are currently recruiting for HV Jointers on a 12-Month Fixed Term basis to support our growing offshore operations team.

Ideally, candidates will have:

• Experience in HV cable jointing and termination
• Experience with terminations such as Pfisterer, NKT, TE and Nexans
