Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Project Supervisor in London to lead HV substation and BESS/renewable project delivery. You will manage site teams to deliver works safely, on time and to specification.

The role requires strong HV construction, installation and commissioning knowledge, with responsibility for RAMS, permits, method statements, site inspections, quality checks and defect resolution, plus client liaison and CDM compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising HV substation or BESS/renewables projects.
• Proven ability to manage site teams safely and to schedule.
• Strong knowledge of HV construction, installation and commissioning.
• Proficient in RAMS, permits and method statements.
• Experience with site inspections and defect resolution.
• Client and stakeholder liaison during delivery.
• Delivery of CDM requirements and construction safety.
• Experience handling statutory documentation and site records.
• IOSH/NEBOSH/SMSTS or equivalent.
