NRL are currently looking for a HV Project Manager to join our clients team based in Nursling, Southampton.

Role: HV Inspection and Maintenance Manager

Location: Primarily office-based in Nursling, with potential for hybrid once settled.

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: CIS/UMB/PAYE

OVERVIEW:

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients to arrange suitable dates for inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• Generate and verify reports after inspections and maintenance.
• Provide quotes and reminders for ongoing works.
• Manage a team of 2 jointers and a technical administrator.
• Oversee oil store management (33,000 liters).
• Ensure regular maintenance of HV equipment.
• Collaborate with Hiring manager and SAPs, admin for daily activities.
• Coordinate with clients for inspection schedules, generate reports, provide quotes, manage reminders, and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure invoicing is completed, including work valuation and system requests; meet monthly financial targets.

Must-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of HV equipment.
• HV experience (private networks; DNO not required).
• Proficient with Excel and databases.
• Quick learner of processes.
• Manage purchase orders and invoicing.
• Report monthly on planned spend to Jason.
• Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Manage the oil store (33,000 liters).
• Oversee oil transfers and maintenance.
• Ensure all equipment is operational for monthly testing.

Experience:

• HV equipment experience.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Financial management skills.
• Oil store management experience is desirable.
