Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Trainer to deliver HV/LV training courses in Slough. You will transition from field work to mentoring, covering fundamentals, switchgear operation, fault diagnosis, safety protocols, and isolation techniques.

The role is based in Slough, with Monday–Friday hours and full training provided. It offers progression and a competitive salary in the £45k–£47k range, plus a company vehicle or car allowance and pension.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in HV/LV systems and electrical engineering.
• Experience managing electrical safety and issuing on-site permits.
• Passionate about developing others and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HV/LV training courses and practical exercises.
• Engage learners with real-world scenarios and hands-on sessions.
• Maintain high training standards and ensure student progression.
