  3. Liaise with DNOs and ICPs during grid connection processes
  4. Support project energisation, testing, and site handover activities
  5. Conduct inspections and maintenance of HV systems across operational BESS assets
  6. Review and develop electrical safety documentation including RAMS, switching schedules, and permits
  7. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company standards
Requirements
  1. Proven experience working on HV systems up to 33kV
  2. Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status with relevant ticket(s), or working towards
  3. Strong understanding of HV safety rules and switching protocols

  5. Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC, HND or equivalent)
  6. Full UK driving licence
  7. Willingness to travel across regional sites
Desirable
  1. Prior involvement in Battery Energy Storage or renewable generation projects
  2. Knowledge of G99/G100 grid connection standards
  3. Protection testing or commissioning background
  4. Familiarity with SCADA, control systems, or telemetry
What's on Offer
  1. £50,000 - £65,000 salary depending on experience
