Job summary

Macmahon is seeking HV Electricians for on-site work at Vulcan Coal Mine, south of Moranbah. You will perform repairs, servicing and diagnostics on heavy mobile equipment (CAT, Liebherr, Hitachi) across our project sites, with a 7:7 DIDO roster and rates up to $85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised trade qualification.
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (CAT, Liebherr & Hitachi) brands or systems, ideally in surface mining.
• Experience with alternators, starter motors & air-conditioning units.
• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Earthmoving Equipment.
• Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance.
• Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing.

About the Role

We are looking for HV Electricians to join the team! You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Mobile Plant across our Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

• Roster: 7:7 DIDO
• Rates: Up to $85 per hour (temp to perm)
