Enlist Solution is seeking a Project Engineer - Electricals (Transformer) in South London to drive the delivery of high-voltage electrical equipment projects. You will coordinate across customers, internal teams and manufacturing facilities, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution throughout the project lifecycle.

The role combines technical engineering expertise with project coordination and customer engagement to support growth in the UK market within a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project engineering or technical coordination.
• Experience with high-voltage equipment (transformers/ reactors) is preferred.
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles and standards.
• Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical engineering projects.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and technical progress; manage risks and changes.
• Liaise with internal teams and overseas factories to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate customer specifications into clear engineering requirements.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
