Main duties:

1. Provide high level customer service and administrative support.
2. Answer telephone calls from customers and make outbound calls when required.
3. Processing payments and bookings.
4. Manage inbox and reply to emails.
5. Handle customs paperwork.
6. Support the team with any administration duties as necessary.
