Main duties:
- Provide high level customer service and administrative support.
- Answer telephone calls from customers and make outbound calls when required.
- Processing payments and bookings.
- Manage inbox and reply to emails.
- Handle customs paperwork.
- Support the team with any administration duties as necessary.
