Key Responsibilities – Humanities Teacher
• Teach Humanities subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4 (including History and/or Geography), delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Plan, mark, and assess in line with curriculum expectations.
• Contribute to the development of the Humanities curriculum and resources.
• Support students in their academic progress as well as their personal and social development.
• Engage with the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities and extracurricular activities.
Who We Are Looking For – Humanities Teacher
• Hold UK QTS and a relevant degree in a Humanities subject.
• Be able to deliver well-planned, inspiring lessons that challenge and support learners of all abilities.
• Demonstrate high expectations and a commitment to raising standards.
• Excellent classroom management skills and ability to engage students in their learning.
• Be aligned with the school’s values and respectful of its religious ethos.
