Job description

Are you passionate about bringing History, Geography, and Religious Education to life in the classroom? A vibrant secondary school in Telford is seeking a dedicated Humanities Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school that values creativity, collaboration, and high standards of teaching and learning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging and dynamic lessons across Humanities subjects

  • Planning and preparing lessons that cater to a range of abilities

  • Monitoring student progress and providing effective feedback

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Collaborating with colleagues to support departmental development

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
