We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities teacher to join a vibrant and supportive team for the full academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-Level depending on experience. Starting September 2025.
Duties as Humanities Teacher:
Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive Humanities lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess, track and report on student progress
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and trips
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Ideal Humanities Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in a Humanities-related subject
Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
Passionate about student achievement and progress
Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Humanities Teacher.
