Job summary

Term Time Teachers is assisting a well established and high performing secondary school in Kent to recruit a Humanities Teacher. The role will deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 in Geography, History, and Religious Education, with the possibility to teach GCSE humanities as well.

You will plan and differentiate, monitor progress, and contribute to curriculum development. The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, possess strong subject knowledge in at least one humanities

Key Responsibilities

• Teach at least one Humanities subject to GCSE level (A-level desirable)

Key Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one specialism (Geography, History, or RE)
• A proven ability (or clear potential) to achieve strong student outcomes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and commitment to team working
