  • Job Title: Humanities Teacher
  • Location: Crookhey Hall, Cockerham, LA2 0HA
  • Salary: £31,650 per annum (not pro rata)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm
  • Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
  • Note: UK Applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship.
About The Role

As a Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding, in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.

Under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, carry out professional duties as set out in school policies. Uphold the professional code of the GTC. Teach in accordance with the ethos, organisation, and policies of the school as a committed member of the teaching team.
